One presence.One precise gesture.
Each session is built for one body, in one context. Grégory comes to you — hotel, villa, yacht, private residence — and intervenes where you are.
Professional practice · Since 2006What is a Méthode TMS® session?
A Méthode TMS® session is personalised hands-on support. Grégory considers the context, posture, mobility and areas of felt tension before adapting each gesture.
The work remains progressive and attentive to individual responses and stated boundaries. It supports physical comfort and perceived ease without diagnosis or promises of results.
This scope does not replace medical care. When the situation requires it, advice from a qualified healthcare professional takes priority.
How a session takes place.
Arrival.
Grégory works at the agreed time with a setup adapted to the setting: a portable table or a suitable space prepared on site.
Reading.
A few minutes of observation and exchange. Grégory doesn't follow a standard protocol — he reads what the body presents at that precise moment.
Work.
Progressive hands-on work on the areas agreed together. Intensity and duration adapt to comfort, responses and context.
Transmission.
At the end, simple guidance may be offered: movements, positions or habits to notice in everyday life.
When might hands-on support be considered?
The request begins with context and felt experience, never with a diagnosis made during the session.
After travel
Felt stiffness, physical fatigue or a need to regain bearings after a journey.
Demanding schedule
An intense professional or personal period with a sense of accumulated tension.
After exercise
A need for recovery and comfort after physical activity, outside any traumatic situation.
Perceived mobility
Movement feels less fluid or certain positions feel uncomfortable, without medical warning signs.
Private stay
A discreet on-site session organised around the guest's schedule.
Everyday awareness
Time to observe the body and receive simple practical guidance.

What frames every session.
Listen before intervening. Understand the context, expectations and boundaries expressed by the person.
Adapt the gesture. Intensity is never the objective and the session evolves with the person's responses.
Respect the scope. Do not diagnose or promise, and refer whenever the situation calls for medical advice.
Frequently asked questions about the session.
What is a TMS® Manual Therapy session?
A TMS® Manual Therapy session is personalised hands-on support inspired by traditional French bonesetting and integrated into the Méthode TMS®. Grégory first considers the context, posture and areas of tension, then adapts each gesture to the person's comfort, responses and individual boundaries.
How is it different from massage or medical care?
The session is neither a standard massage nor medical care. It combines observation, hands-on work and personalised guidance to support physical comfort. It does not diagnose or treat disease and never replaces advice, examination or treatment from a doctor or another qualified healthcare professional.
When might someone request a session?
A request may relate to stiffness, physical fatigue or discomfort after travel, sustained work, exercise or a demanding schedule. Grégory first discusses the person's context to decide whether hands-on support is appropriate and whether medical advice should take priority.
When should medical advice take priority?
The Méthode TMS® supports physical comfort. It does not replace diagnosis, treatment or ongoing medical care.
- Sudden, unusual, persistent or worsening pain requires professional medical advice.
- After trauma, or with fever, loss of strength, neurological signs or any worrying symptom, the session is postponed.
- Known treatments, medical history and contraindications must be disclosed before any hands-on intervention.

One request. A personal review.
Grégory considers each request in context before proposing a conversation or session.
